To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please provide photographic evidence of the damage when contacting us.
Once we confirm the damage, we will provide instructions for the return and arrange a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including change of mind.
